The T300 also boasts a brand-new all-in-one structure hotend that can reach 200°C within 30 seconds, efficiently reducing the risk of nozzle clogging and improving nozzle life, making maintenance simpler and easier. Its brass heating block and heatbreak improve heating and cooling efficiency by 60%. The 1000W AC electric heating bed can be heated to 60°C in just 30 seconds, significantly reducing preheating time.

Constructed with a metal frame and industrial-grade linear rails, the Sovol T300 is designed for durability and stability, reducing shaking and providing a more stable printing environment. The optimized ceramic heater in the hotend allows the nozzle to quickly reach higher temperatures, enabling the printing of materials like ABS. A 5025 high-speed fan spinning at 8500 rpm provides strong airflow, enhancing cooling efficiency.

The Sovol T300 features a 6.5:1 gear ratio for more precise material control, allowing for accurate printing of flexible materials and stronger dual-gear extrusion grip. Its 81-point auto-leveling ensures the flatness of the heated bed, allowing for a perfect first layer without effort, as the build plate automatically heats up before auto-leveling to match the actual printing flatness.
