The printer comes with 95% pre-assembly, significantly reducing assembly troubles for beginners, and allowing users to set up and start printing within 15 minutes.

Boasting a maximum speed of up to 500mm/s, the T500 utilizes a direct drive extruder with a 6.5:1 gear ratio, enabling a high flow rate of up to 25mm³/s to achieve the best print quality at 200mm/s. If even faster printing is required, the printer's impressive 8000mm/s² acceleration can propel it to a maximum speed of 500mm/s, saving 73% of the time compared to most other printers.

Equipped with an all-metal hotend and a hardened nozzle, the T500 is capable of printing with a wide range of materials, including mixed carbon fiber, abrasive, and exotic filaments. The hotend can reach temperatures up to 300°C, making it compatible with a diverse selection of filaments, such as TPU, PETG-CF, PLA, PETG, Carbon Fiber, and Wood. The direct drive extruder ensures consistent extrusion and precise retraction, with a 6.5:1 gear ratio and a 50N pulling strength, enabling smooth extrusion.

The Sovol T500 features a 7-inch Klipper firmware touch screen with a 1024*600 resolution, offering high-definition visuals and rich colors. The hotend is also equipped with LED lights, allowing for easy monitoring of prints even in low-light conditions. The printer can be controlled remotely via Wi-Fi transmission for seamless operation.

Differentiating itself from other 3D printers on the market, the T500 is equipped with industrial-grade internal linear rails on the XYZ axis, reducing friction and providing smoother movements of the print head.
